Wes Teshome is the founder and creative director of HELM, bringing over 15 years of experience in music video production. Wes has collaborated directly with acclaimed visual artists including Melanie Martinez, Chappell Roan, Oliver Tree, The Maria's and Matt Maeson. Previously serving as VP of Music Video Production at Atlantic Records, he brings a deep understanding of visual storytelling through music, making him uniquely positioned to guide HELM's artistic direction and lead the conceptual development process for artists.

Lizzie Goodman
Co Founder & Head of Production
Lizzie Goodman is an Executive Producer with over fifteen years of experience leading high-impact productions across broadcast, music videos, and brand activations. Based in Los Angeles, she has worked with top-tier clients including Warner Music Group, Sony Records, Universal Music Group, Google, Starbucks, and Apple. She's led large-scale campaigns as Group Production Director at Big Spaceship and served as Global Director of Production at D'Addario, overseeing creative output across five music-focused brands. With deep roots in the music industry and proven leadership across every stage of production, Lizzie drives world-class creative for music-centric content.
